Generate the Submission Coversheet Report

The Submission Coversheet report provides detailed information on every transaction in a specified submission.

 

  1. Navigate to the Reports screen by clicking the Reports tab.
  2. Click the Submission Coversheet hyperlink in the Reports panel.
  3. Select options or enter information in the available controls.
  4. Select an Output Format.
  5. Click Generate Report.
  6. To view the report, open the downloaded report file.
Hints:

Enter the date range using MM/DD/YYYY format, or click the Calendar Icon use the date picker.

The default output format is PDF.
